  From start to finish my son's experience was amazing, he is 3 and didn't cry a single time. He had his teeth cleaned and had xrays done, he wouldnt even let his old dentist brush or look at his teeth! I had that "Mother's intuition" that we made the right decision going here! Highly reccomend!

  I was referred to Dr. Larson for my 18 month old daughter by my primary dentist to look at an extra tooth. After being referred to his office I attempted to call multiple times, leaving messages each time. I also attempted to make an appointment via email. I was never called or emailed back. Finally, I simply went into the office to make the appointment. It was made about a month in advance. Well, about a week or two prior to this appointment I was called (hey! They can use the phone) and informed that Dr. Larson would be on vacation that day so they needed to reschedule me. They gave me one option that wasn't super far out so I took it. Well, when that day came I went to search for the address to GPS it and noticed that it said they are closed Mondays. Sure enough, I arrived to the office for the appointment and they were closed. I called them and left a voicemail prior to leaving my house and shocker, I never heard back from them. No call back with an apology or even to inform me that I got the date wrong. Just a big fat nothing. I have shared my experience with my dentist who will no longer be referring patients to this office and I will be seeking care elsewhere. But hey, he was featured in a dental magazine - so he obviously has more important things going on other than his actual practice. ;)
