- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Yesterday evening, I was recommended by my LASIK doctor to see Dr. Osgood at this clinic. This morning, I called to try to make an emergency appointment as a new patient and the receptionist, Maria, was extremely rude. I could tell she was frustrated when she answered the phone. She basically told me that because I had no official referral from a doctor, she could not make me an appointment- I needed charts to be sent, but then was never clear on exactly what I needed to do to actually schedule appointment (no fax # or email to send the charts to, anything, she clearly just wanted the phone call to be over with). It was clear that she didn't want to "deal" with me anymore so she referred me to another clinic that is on-call. I'm really disappointed with the poor service and will gladly call someone else and give them my money over this clinic.May 30, 2017by Mandy Nothnagel
